IRIS Support provides a range of services to support people to stay in their own homes and participate in the community with as much independence as possible. We are now recruiting for Support Workers for our IRIS Support service in South Auckland.
These two roles will work a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will be responsible for supporting your clients in accordance with their individualised person centered plans. The client may have a disability, injury or health concern. You will need to have a passion forsupporting people and a high level of energy.
You will have Level 2 NZQA (or be working towards one), a good knowledge and understanding of how a health concern or disability can affect a person. Experience in a support service and working with people who have high and complex needs is preferred and you will have a good command of the English language.
