Ballance Agri-Nutrients Ltd supplies quality fertiliser products to farmers and horticultural specialists throughout the country.
We currently have several opportunities for new Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service Team. These roles are responsible for supporting our Technical Sales Reps by delivering a consistently high level of telephone support and service to customers, while ensuring all quotes, orders and deliveries are processed accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to inbound telephone enquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer and contact records
- Processing quotes, orders and dispatch / delivery requests
- Providing support to the Sales Team and Technical Sales Reps
To be successful in the role you will need to be an experienced Customer Service Representative and a natural ‘people person’ - articulate, enthusiastic and thorough. You will enjoy working as part of a team in a call centre environment, have excellent problem solving abilities and a pleasant telephone manner.
