Description

We are a specialist medical practice in Parnell and need a motivated and dynamic person to join our friendly office team.  Anticipated hours are 10.00am to 2.30 pm Monday to Friday, but with some flexibility required.

Previous medical administration experience is preferred and knowledge of Housten VIP software would be an advantage, although on-the-job training can be provided.

Duties will include preparation of clinic and operating list files, telephone and clinic reception, billing, receipts, daily balancing, typing and dispatch of letters.

The successful applicant will have:

  •   Computer literacy
  •   Excellent people skills
  •   Efficient time management
  •   Solid typing competency
