Community Living provides 24 hour support in homes for people with physical and intellectual disabilities. IRIS Community Living works alongside people and their families to support them to live a regular life.
This Clinical Team Leader role is responsible for ensuring a high quality service, overseeing the delivery of a person centred, flexible and community based service with responsibility for the supervision of support workers.
You will be clinically competent Registered Nurse and have had experience working in the health and disability sector preferably in a community based environment. Most importantly you will be passionate about supporting people to achieve their aspirations and goals.
You will report directly to the regional manager who is based in Auckland so a lot of your work will be self directed. If you are looking for your next step in the community, this is a fantastic role, working with great people.
