The role, managing all aspects of our production team and our state-of-the-art bottling line, is based at our architecturally designed award-winning winery near Auckland Airport.
Applicants should have excellent proven leadership and coaching skills with the desire to succeed through their team. A passion for quality and a focus on results is essential.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious selfstarter with outstanding organisational skills and a track record that emonstrates a positive attitude, innovative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement. Experience of working in an FMCG manufacturing environment and an understanding of lean methodology is desirable.
